Coming 21st Jan is my 6mths working in this current company. So far, it's really been a pleasant experience working here even thou it might just be a small private company. Much as the workload is more tedious n hectic as compared to e prev company, i am still enjoying it.

Speakin of which, let's talk abt the likes n dislikes of this company...

Things i like bout this company is that i was quite surprised that i got my bonus even thou i m like 5 mths working wif them....? Apparently, i do know there's such thing call pro-rated bonus but i ve also heard of some company which doesnt have such practice n totally NO bonus for staffs who has not committed their work duration for up to a year.

Small company doesnt have much office politics compared to big companies. No backstabbers. Everybody working hand in hand and co-operates well with one another. We can still laugh and joke loudly on some issues together.

Guess the only thing i dislike bout my office is that it's an open-design concept. You can see all ur other colleagues what they are doing very clearly. I'd preferred an enclosed close-up concept of cubicles. Least, more private space of your own. A colleague once asked me how long will i be able to forsee myself working here and i was stumped by his question. But right now, i think i can still forsee myself working for another 2-3 years down the road. (or maybe i speak a little too early now)

Time flies, realise that there are still plentiful of dreams not yet fulfilled....better start planning ahead. PAST ♠ FUTURE
