Getting so sick of working for my current company...Lately one of our colleagues tendered her resignation and apparhently, work have to be re-shuffle and pass down. Boss called me into the meeting room and hinted that :" Since i m a Sg'rean and in future he will be employing all M'sian. And as expected M'sian are paid cheaper so i HAVE to take in MORE workload."

And now what, i AM being kena arrowed. How unlucky is that? Worst still, i m one n only Sg'rean being the youngest experience. SO obviously, boss cant pass more workload down to the senior staff here.

I hated that~!! Is it fair? Being a Sg'rean here also doesnt mean i have to take in more workload and more SHIT. Do you seriously think i m a robot or supergirl?? Even so, they will also show signs of fatique and they also DO need rest.

I m seriously heavily overloaded...the other M'sian girl who was also passed on some work recently complained to boss that she is overwork. I mean "HELLO, all the BIG customer is being handled by me lor!! WHAT THE HELL YOU COMPLAINING ABOUT??" And you just took over not too long ago how do u think u feel overloaded as compared to me?! Plus you keep having the time to yak n yak with other colleagues here causing noise disturbances to me u say u overloaded??!! =(

Man, i really just cant concentrate on my job well given the level of noise pollution that she created everyday. She just cant stop that mouth of hers. Dont u have "work" to do ince u r "OVERLOADED"??!!

Given above all the circumstances, i doubt i seriously wanna continue staying here any longer. I stayed back practically everyday till 8pm just to clear my job and there's NO OT claim. Neither does basic taxi fare to claim too. Why am i working so hard here? I do not want to end up like the HP girl who died recently due to over stress at her work.
