________________________________________________________________________________________ After so many months of procrastination, i have finally decided to tender my resingation letter.

Have given careful thoughts about it. Everything is just so not worth it. Perhaps due to the fact that it's only just a small company hence the benefits arent as good as those big companies.

My company only offers 10 days of annual leave.
No OT claims, not even a basic taxi or transport claims for working late. (which i often do OT)
No dental claims.
Medical claims of only up to $30 per month. (Think abt it now most items price increasing, even just a minor flu sickness will also cost more den that.)

After Dear analyze all these for me, i think i really am being under paid. Practically i will have to stay back to do OT almost everyday till 7-7.30pm.

I know i m doing OT out of my own willingness cos i just do not like to see things hanging around till the next day as there will be another new work to be done. I know i could just leave on the dot but end up if the work is clear n done, who will come chasing after me again for faults? Do i have a choice not to stay behind? Worst still, both the bus stop (whether taken from office back home or from home to office)is not exactly right at my doorstep. I still hav to walk quite a far distance before reaching home & office.

Even my Dear has also tendered in his resignation today. Think the both of us really have to eat "West-North Wind" for now...

I hope my decision of leaving here is right and i wont fill with regrets. Hope i will find another better prospect job soon.
