Lately, i ve just told my manager bout my tendering of my resignation verbally. Just lots of bad things kept happening to me until i m really just so tired and disappointed. Sometimes it's really vey difficult to pleases everyone in a company. You may have tried your very best and worked hard enough but when it boils down to appraisal time your efforts are not being appreciated well enough just because the time frame limited for a job program is not met what will you say or do?

All i can do now is to keep my fingers crossed and pray that my door of opportunity will come knocking on my door real soon.
