Reason?

Due to my RO at work (Reporting Office cum Supervisor) together with the long working overtime hpurs (with no overtime pay). Feeling damn shitty and sianz... but what to do? Work is always like this with shitty people around almost everywhere..

Just that day, she pissed me off real bad again by maligning me of not following up on my emails and demanded an explanatory from me why! Initially, somehow i just dunno how to answer because i tot it was really due to my mistake. I just simply kept quiet for bout 2 mins... and she just kept looking at me waiting for my explanation. In the end, i just replied her "I got no answer for you".

After that, i went on to grumble and pour my woes out to another colleague of mine while heading to another room to do my work stuffs. Even upon knowing that there are some other dept people in that room, i still can't hold on to myself and continued grumbling until my colleague had to hint me to hush down... >.<

Well, who ask, i m such a person who realli realli cant stand the fact of being maligned(coming up in another paragraph) Later on, my colleague helped me to clear my name by helping me to find another email dated only on the 27th instead of 23rd and she even printed out the solid evidence for me to prove my innocence! Was alrdy feeling shitty and initially i told my colleague that i really can't be bothered to explain things further to such a person like my RO. But my colleague insisted i do it to prove my innocence.

In the end, i brought the "solid evidence" to my RO, placed it on her desk to explain and clarify things. She only merely replied with a "Okie, that is good then."

After all, shouldn't u even apologies to me bout your actions earlier on? You demanded an explanatory from me on my "late follow-up"so can i demand an apology from you then??

Sometimes, i really don't understand why all senior or rather higher management people do not admit their mistakes (pride issue) while small associates like us have to put down our pride, admit our mistakes (even when it is sometimes also NOT our mistake) the hard way?

-In fact, this whole stack of clothes is inclusive of one working pants for myself which Baby paid for me! Heh..
