Spotted grasshopper yesterday in my house while heading to the toilet. It was on the toilet wall tiles. To think while I prepared my mobile camera to shot it, it actually stay put quietly to "allow me to take pictures of it." Until I finish taking its shot, it flew off immediately.

Did a Google search and below was I what found of its symbolism of a grasshopper. (I summarise it)

"As a Chinese symbol, the grass hopper offers attributes of longevity, happiness, good health, good luck, wealth, abundance, fertility and virtue. In fact, grasshoppers were thought to be fertility symbols; specifically omens of the birth of a son (hence, another reason for its good luck symbol status as sons are considered prized gems within the setting of the family). It is a sign that the seer will receive profoundly joyful news that will benefit the entire community."

Well well... I hope everything is and will come true for me except for the fertility symbols of the birth of a son which I do not need it now at the moment. But will need it probably in 2-3 years time again.. HaHaahaa...

Tonight, it's time to attend one last wedding dinner for the month of July.. and come tomorrow, it's time for a short short get away trip to KL and Genting with hubby cum friend and his wifey! Yea yea... Praying for good news when I m back (Hopefully. Praying real hard hard)
